A New Beginning
Krystell is a 6 years old with right anotia and left mircotia. She had previously had a bone anchored hearing aid (BAHA) but was sent to a larger city for repairs. Her BAHA has never been returned and the family has never received an update on the repair or return status. Audiology was able to provide Krystell with a new hearing aid.
